Returns & Credit
All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will make it right! All returns will be Store Credit.
Refunds will be issued if the items were damaged/defective. If the damaged item is in stock then we will offer a free replacement if you prefer that option.
- You must request a return by email within 5 business days of the delivery date before making a return.
- Please send us an email with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) for return
- Reason for return
- If the item is damaged or defective, please provide an image indicating the damage or defect on the item(s).
- Once the return request is approved, you will have 14 days to return the items.
- Return Labels are not provided.
- Please pack all items in 1 box, and include the following:
- Items in original packaging with all accompanying accessories and tags - if items are not returned in their original purchase condition they are NON-REFUNDABLE*
- If you have written over the original packaging in any way, this is NON-REFUNDABLE*
- No in-person drop offs, only mail-ins.
- If returns are not made following these guidelines they will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Order Cancellation
- There is a 30% restocking fee for cancelled orders.
- There is no fee if your order has not been packed yet.
- We process orders quickly so please cancel as soon as possible.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are ready for shipment or have been shipped.
- Refunds will be given as Store Credit.
- Please allow 7 business days to process the order cancellation.
Fraudulent Activity
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us & we will work with you. Customers who unrightfully make chargebacks will be banned from our website. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or high fraud-risk orders.
