Returns & Credit

All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. There will be a 30% restocking fee for returns, refunds & cancellations. All refunds are  STORE CREDIT ONLY.

  • You must request a return by email within 5 business days of receipt before making a return. Once the return request approved, we will send you return instructions. Please send us an email with: 
    • Your order number;
    • Item(s) for return;
    • Reason for return;
    • If the item is damaged or defective, please provide an image indicating the damage or defect on the item(s).
  • We do not provide return shipping.
  • Please return items by USPS/UPS/FedEx, pack all items in 1 box, and include the following:
    • Items in original packaging with all accompanying accessories and tags - if items are not returned in their original purchase condition they are NON-REFUNDABLE*
    • If you have written over the original packaging in any way, this is NON-REFUNDABLE*
    • Copy of the invoice indicating which items are being returned
    • Reason(s) for return
  • If returns are not made following these guidelines they will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. 

    Please Note: 

    • All returns are only dealt through e-mail.
    • Returns made without emailing first will not be accepted and will be returned at customer's expense.
    • The postmark date for the return should not exceed 1 week from the date the return was issued, otherwise the return will be considered late and will be voided. 
    • Return Labels are not provided.
    • No returns are accepted at the office/warehouse; Only Mail-Ins.

    Order Cancellation

    • There is a 30% restocking fee for all cancelled orders.
    • We process orders quickly so try to cancel as soon as you place the order. 
    • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are ready for shipment or have been shipped. 
    • Refunds will only be given as Store Credit. 
    • Please allow 5-7 business days to process the order cancellation.

     

    Fraudulent Activity

    If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us & we will work with you. Customers who unrightfully make chargebacks because they are not satisfied with their order will be permanently banned from ordering from our website. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or high fraud-risk orders.
