Shipping

Processing Time

  • Processing time is 1 - 3 business days. 
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day. 
  • High risk fraud orders will be placed on hold until reviewed. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or high fraud risk orders. 

Order Modification/Cancellation

  • You may not make any changes to the order once it is placed.
  • For order cancellations there is a mandatory 30% restocking fee charged on your invoice total for our time and labor. 
  • Please cancel as soon as possible, as we process orders as soon as they are placed. 
  • If customer ordered any out of stock items, you will be automatically refunded. 

    Domestic Shipping

    • We ship to all 50 states, but do not ship to US territories besides Puerto Rico.
    • Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
      • Please note, there have been increased rates for FedEx and UPS Ground - we will always choose the cheapest shipping method to keep costs low for our customers.
    • Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via USPS. 
    • We do not offer expedited shipping. 

    Canada Shipping

    • Canada orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
      • Please note, there have been increased rates for FedEx and UPS Ground - we will always choose the cheapest shipping method to keep costs low for our customers. 
    • Customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the consignee/customer. You will will be notified of any related importation fees by the shipping carrier. If you are unsure about whether these charges may apply to your order, please contact your local tax or customs authorities. 

    Delivery Duration

    • Please check your tracking number for delivery arrival dates.
    • Once a package is handed to the carrier and shipped, all shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. 
    • External factors including but not limited to holidays, weather, & location of delivery may elongate shipping times. 
    • For any returned packages with failure delivery (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, delivery refusal) you will be issued store credit for the purchase amount and charged a 30% restocking fee.

    Lost/Stolen Packages

    • Please ensure you have a safe and secure location for delivery.
    • Once a package is handed to the carrier and shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
    • If a package was delivered to its destination, we are not responsible if the package becomes stolen after a safe delivery. 

    Warehouse Pickup

    • Orders can be picked up from our warehouse in New Jersey, please contact us after placing your order. 
    • Shipping fees will be refunded for warehouse pickups.

    International Shipping is currently closed - if you are located in a country we do not ship to but would still like to order, please contact us with your shipping suggestion and we will work with you.
